Walk and talk sessions are counselling sessions held in an outdoor setting. Sitting down and having a face-to-face with a psychologist may not suit your needs. Walk and talk sessions allow you to experience the benefits of therapy, except you are walking while you are talking.
These sessions are held at a specific park in Brisbane. Unfortunately, the weather can be unpredictable. If it rains, you can opt to have your session over the phone or video call, or find an alternative sheltered location.
